In 1999, with the guidance received from the Lord, Pastor Bardakjian has established the

Avedis (Good News) TV station.

 

From its inception, Avedis remained politically neutral.

Its mission has been to cater to the educational and patriotic needs of its audience, and to facilitate the economic growth of the newly formed republic, the station has hosted various Armenians from the Diaspora, engaging them in conversations on issues facing the present government, and sharing with the audience their perspective regarding the socio-economic challenges that face the country.

 

The station has always maintained a positive outlook on the progress made on the political and

socio-economic fronts, and in accordance with its name, has always concentrated on spreading good news and giving positive feedback to its audience.

Avedis has never pursued financial gain.

 

Its reward has been to inspire its audience, to strengthen its faith and get energized to overcome challenges they might be facing, and strive to strengthen the homeland.
